I drove up from Dorset to look at a Sprinter and was very impressed with the professional set up here. These guys really know their sprinters. Izzy sent me photos and videos of the van to make sure I was fully aware of the vehicle’s condition. The van was as described, if not better. I went ahead with the purchase which Izzy made very easy and drove away very happy with my new van.

Jason is so knowledgeable that he diagnosed my fault without even connecting the diagnostic tool - I think he thought I was sceptical at first, so attached the scanner anyway, just to show me what it displayed. He was right!

Exceptional service provided by Jason. Very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I recently had a set of rear springs made for my 2017 Sprinter. These guys knocked it out the park! I'm very selective on who works on my vehicles, but Jason and the team put my mind at ease and carried out an A* job.

We have a small fleet of sprinters - one of which had an intermittent fault, a few local garages couldn’t find the problem.
Jason and the team took the job on with confidence, our van was up and running within a few days. We went to collect the van but a fault appeared on the return trip. Jason asked us to return then van back to the garage. The problem was rectified promptly and has been running perfectly ever since.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend midland sprinter services, and I will be using this company again
